He also hosts the podcast “Accidentally Historic\,” produces the local history YouTube channel “Council Bluffs Revealed\,” and is a frequent speaker on topics of local history.  He was a recipient of an Iowa Governor’s Volunteer award in 2017.  Dr. Warner is a graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School in Council Bluffs\, Creighton University (BS\, DDS) and UNO (MA).
