Douglas County Historical Society presents their second installment of the Tapestry of Diversity Series: Romanian Culture in Omaha!
On Sunday, July 15th at 2 p.m. Dr. Nicolae Roddy, a tenured Professor of Theology at Creighton University and a lifelong Omahan of Romanian heritage, will present on the Romanian culture in Omaha and discuss traditional clothing and music that play a major part of the heritage. Afterwards, there will be Romanian food and beverages at the General Crook House Museum. The Tapestry of Diversity series is sponsored by Dr. C.C. and Mabel L. Criss Memorial Foundation.
