Douglas County Historical Society Annual Garage Sale!

The Douglas County Historical Society is excited to announce that we have officially secured a building for this year’s
annual Garage Sale fundraiser!

Now is the perfect time to begin setting aside items you would like to donate. Proceeds from the sale help support the
Douglas County Historical Society’s mission to preserve and share the rich history of our community.

Additional details regarding donation drop-off dates, sale dates, and location information will be announced soon.

Please note: We are unable to accept the following items:
• Clothing
• Cribs
• Car seats
• Mattresses
• Upholstered furniture

Silent Sunday: Silent Book Club July Update

Due to the Independence Day holiday weekend, our July Silent Sunday: Silent Book Club will be rescheduled to
Saturday, July 19th from 1:30pm–3:30pm.

We look forward to another relaxing afternoon of books, quiet reading, and community at the Crook House Museum.

Antiques Classes: Tuesdays: 9:30 am to 12 pm, or 1:30 pm to 4pm, or Thursday: 1:30 pm to 4pm at the Crook House Museum.
