The DCHS Media Collection consists of video and audio compilations that document the history of Douglas County.
Through oral histories, as well as videos from local area broadcasting, the collection provides a glimpse into what life was like in Douglas County. The DCHS audio collections contain recordings on a variety of formats, including reel tapes, cassettes and phonograph records. DCHS is in the process of digitizing both our audio and video collections to facilitate both preservation and access.
