Photographs

We accept original photographs and negatives that meet our collection policy, with reproduction fees supporting preservation.
For photograph requests, contact research@douglascohistory.org
Please allow up to four weeks for a response.

Ordering & Fees

Fees are invoiced once a photo request is submitted and are due for all work completed. Orders cannot be canceled after processing begins. Turnaround may take up to 3 weeks.

Rush orders are completed in 3 days–1 week and double all fees, including research and use fees.

Reproduction Fees

Use fees support collection preservation and apply per image for commercial and nonprofit use. A Rights & Reproduction form and payment are required before images are released. Tax applies.
